Groomly is operated under SR Enterprise & ESBD Venture, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
2. Product Information
- Groomly sells 100% authentic products sourced from trusted suppliers.
- Product descriptions, pricing, availability, and images are displayed as accurately as possible.
- However, slight variations may occur due to:
- Packaging updates by brands
- Supplier changes
- Display differences on screens
- Groomly is not responsible for any allergic reaction caused by a product. Customers are advised to check ingredients before purchase.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices on the website are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- Groomly reserves the right to update product prices at any time without prior notice.
- Accepted payment methods include:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Online payment via card
- Mobile banking (if available)
- For certain products or orders, Groomly may restrict Cash on Delivery based on risk or product type.
4. Order Confirmation
- Once an order is placed, customers will receive a confirmation message/email.
- Orders may be cancelled or delayed if:
- The product becomes unavailable
- The order is suspicious or incomplete
- There is a technical error in pricing or stock
- Groomly reserves the right to cancel any order but will notify the customer accordingly.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Groomly delivers nationwide in Bangladesh through trusted couriers like Redx, Carrybee, Steadfast, and others.
- Delivery times:
- Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days
- Delivery delays may occur due to:
- Courier issues
- Weather conditions
- National holidays
- Inventory or operational delays
- Customers must provide accurate address and contact details. Groomly is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
Regarding parcel Delivery
- Check your parcel infront the delivery person, if any issue reject the delivery
- If you receive the parcel, no complains will be acceptable
- Make a parcel opening video and send us for any issue
- Never share OTP to delivery person for holding your person.
- For any delivery issue inform us.
If you are cancelling your order at doorstep, kindly pay the delivery person the delivery charge and let us know you have done so.
6. Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
Groomly maintains a strict quality control process. However, replacement is possible only under the following conditions:
Eligible for Replacement
- Wrong product delivered
Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Clear unboxing video
- Photos of the product and packaging
Not Eligible for Return/Refund
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling or courier mishandling and customer didn’t check infront of the delivery company.
- Change of mind
- Allergy or skin reaction
- Already used/opened items
If you are return approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bkash account(2.5% charge will be deducted) or original method of payment, within a 7 -10 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time frame (5 to 7 working days after initiating refund), please check your bank account again and contact your card issuer bank or MFS. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Changes to this Refund Policy:
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
By making a purchase on our website, you agree to and accept the terms of this refund policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service team.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
7. Discounts, Coupons & Offers
- Groomly may offer promotional discounts, coupon codes, and campaign-based offers.
- Groomly reserves the right to:
- Modify or cancel offers
- Restrict usage of coupons
- Apply minimum purchase conditions
- Coupons must be applied at checkout and cannot be added later.
