
Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
We currently don’t offer returns policy. No change of mind is applicable. For Delivery issues, you are request to check your parcel infront of the delivery person. If for some reason you were unable to do so, must make a package opening video so that we can help with your issue.
Refunds
Eligibility for Refund:
Product must be returned to delivery man. If exchange parcel, the product must be in unused condition. Refund request must be made within 1day of the incident.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bkash account(2.5% charge will be deducted) or original method of payment, within a 7 -10 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time frame (5 to 7 working days after initiating refund), please check your bank account again and contact your card issuer bank or MFS. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Changes to this Refund Policy:
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
By making a purchase on our website, you agree to and accept the terms of this refund policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service team.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should email us [email protected] , depending on our condition return will be approved.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently use redx, steadfast and pathao as our delivery partner. Inside Dhaka 24hrs-48hrs.
Outside Dhaka 48-72hrs.
*Subjective to various conditions.
Regarding parcel Delivery
- Check your parcel infront the delivery person, if any issue reject the delivery
- If you receive the parcel, no complains will be acceptable
- Make a parcel opening video and send us for any issue
- Never share OTP to delivery person for holding your person.
- For any delivery issue inform us.
If you are cancelling your order at doorstep, kindly pay the delivery person the delivery charge and let us know you have done so.
