Description

TIRTIR Milk Skin Toner is a milky hydrating toner that leaves skin soft, plump and glowy. It works as a first hydration layer for dry skin and as a light all-in-one moisturiser for oily skin.

Rice bran extract and niacinamide for a brighter, smoother look
Ceramides and panthenol to support the moisture barrier
Milky texture; can be layered twice on dry days

Size: 150ml.

How to use

1. After cleansing, pour a little into your palms or onto a cotton pad.
2. Pat gently into the skin.
3. Dry skin: add a second layer. Oily skin: use alone as a light moisturiser.
Use morning and night; finish with sunscreen in the morning.
