Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, but sometimes you might receive it with slight changes. Brands keep updating their packaging, and it can take us some time to update the photos on our website.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Log in to your account, or check your email to find the receipt.

How can I return an item?

We currently do not accept returns of products. Please see our Refund Policy for delivery issues.

Will you restock items marked as out of stock?

Yes, we do. Follow us on Facebook to hear when your favourite products are back.

When will I get my delivery?

Delivery takes 24–48 hours inside Dhaka and 48–72 hours outside Dhaka.
