Demelan cream is a topical formulation that is used to treat disorders with skin pigmentation. Its main constituents are arbutin, glycolic acid, and kojic acid dipalmitate. It aids in the reduction of dark skin discolouration caused by sun exposure, certain diseases, pregnancy, and other factors. Demelan cream is a skin lightening agent that improves the texture and pigmentation of the skin. Demelan cream should only be applied to the skin. Do not overuse this cream; if used for longer than suggested, it may cause skin irritation.

• Arbutin has been shown to lighten and depigment the skin. It aids in fading of dark spots, resulting in a more even complexion and improved skin texture.
• Glycolic acid possesses antioxidant and photo-protective properties. It also serves as a moisturiser and may help to speed up the production of collagen.

Demelan cream should be used to the affected region as directed by your doctor, particularly at night. Gently massage Demelan cream onto a healthy skin surface that is free of cuts and sores. Unless your hands are the region to be treated, wash your hands before and after using Demelan cream
